Programme Support Manager

Islamabad based

The incumbent will support Pakistan Programme and local NGO partners in the mainstreaming/integration of cross cutting issues and programme approaches, keeping track of progress to ensure compliance as per Concern policies/strategies; support in rolling out of PM&E guide; assist ACD-P in donor proposals/reports’ finalization ensuring adherence to technical standards; support in contextual analysis, baselines, evaluations, strategic plan formulation/review and coordination with other stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

Masters degree in social sciences

Project management skills with sound knowledge of Programme Cycle Management

Minimum 5 years experience in the development sector

Strong academic and professional background in PM&E

Experience of working on equality, rights based programming and advocacy issues.

Experience in proposals/reporting to major international donors

Programme Officer – NWFP (Female)

Abbottabad based

The incumbent will be responsible for assisting the PM in developing and designing programme proposals, and their subsequent implementation, usually through working with local partners. The PO will be responsible for formulating reports as agreed with the PM. She will also assist in the monitoring and evaluation of programme interventions to strengthen them and ensure they achieve their targets more effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience

Masters degree in social sciences

Minimum 3 years experience in designing and supporting community-based programmes, preferably with previous experience of development sector
